A mala offers a deep sense of rootedness and support from the Mother Earth. The name Bones of the Earth came to me long before this mala  was designed. I would hear these words every time I saw gnarled tree roots sticking out from the earth. They spoke of the ancient energy lines of the earth grids, the old ways, the lineage of traditions still held in the land but perhaps no longer common knowledge. This mala speaks of reconnecting to the land in a very profound way, calling in the ancestral wisdom  recorded in your cells, in your blood. It urges you to connect and be in communion with the world below your feet, to listen to the wind. It is a shamanic and somatic tool for connection to help you remember who you are and where you are going. It will accompany you through deep spiritual transformation and offer you strength as you journey.

PICASSO STONE (brown, black, grey, cream variety of markings)

This type of marble is loved for its beautiful colourations, resembling an abstract artwork. Marble is a calcite that has been put under immense pressure, meaning that energetically, it is helpful when we face big shifts, challenges and transformational change in our lives. It stimulates survival instincts and boosts resilience to help you understand that whatever you are experiencing is part of a greater tapestry of divine consciousness. It attunes you to the higher mind, where we can understand our incarnation with greater perspective. Picasso stone specifically helps us gain clarity, organising our thoughts and strengthening our intuition.

BLOODSTONE (dark green with red mottling)

A powerful healing stone, useful for stimulating the immune, circulatory and lymph system, cleansing and revitalising many of the body’s organs. Energetically, it is a deeply grounding and protective stone, teaching us flexibility and creativity. It has a long history of being used for protection in dangerous situations, banishing negativity and enhancing intuition. It is helpful in staying in the present moment and assisting in unexpected circumstances. It calms the mind, eases mental exhaustion and helps with decision-making. It brings spirituality into everyday life.

RIVERSTONE (aka fossilstone, creamy)

Riverstone is made from the fossilised material of a riverbed. It therefore holds the energy of water and earth. It can be soothing, gentle, stabilising and calming, or it can be an accelerator of change, sweeping away anything in its path with great power and ease. It is easily programmable, as water is, so it is important to imprint it with an intention to give it direction. It will easily imprint with the energy of any mantra that you use it for. It is versatile and full of wisdom, holding the frequency of ancient earth in its structure too.

TULSI (holy basil wood, hand carved)

Tulsi or Holy Basil is native to India has been sacred and revered for thousands of years. It is a manifestation of the Goddess Tulsi who is an avatar of Lakshmi and its leaves are offered up in daily rituals to honour the Goddess. It also relates to Vishnu as Lakshmi is his consort. It helps spiritual progress, raises vibration, calms the mind and offers protection. It has a cooling, soothing vibration and encourages alignment with and embodiment of spiritual truth.
