Returns must be received within 30 days, subject to being unworn, with all original packing and in a resellable condition. The cost of original postage cannot be refunded. Return postage to be covered by the customer.

This is a handmade item, please do treat it with care. It is knotted with nylon thread for minimal stretch but it is natural that some stretch does occur over time. Wood and seed beads may darken over time. As with all crystals, there might be times when they need re-energising or cleansing. Please avoid immersing in water especially wood or seed beads. Sound, smoke or other vibrational methods are best for cleansing.

Tassels are made from cotton and can be carefully trimmed with sharp scissors and gently washed to keep them looking good. Re-stringing can help keep yor mala in great condition. Please email for full details.

Spacer beads - 14k gold-filled (1/20th plating around a base metal core) or sterling sliver unless stated otherwise in the product despcription.
